We back the quality of our plus size garments and we back up our service.

So, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the unworn and unaltered item(s) in the original condition and with all tags attached within 30 days of its arrival for a refund or exchange - your choice! 

Note: This policy applies to Sale Items.

There is a $10.00 charge for postage and handling anywhere in New Zealand that is non refundable.

Plus Size: Bridal Dresses

Bridal Dresses may be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery.

When we receive the merchandise, we will either credit the original form of payment, issue store credit or exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable.  Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned garment. Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned garment.

Plus Size: Gift Certificates

We do not accept return of Gift Certificates. Additionally, any items purchased with a Gift Certificate may not be returned for a cash refund, only exchanged or returned for store credit.

Plus Size: Return/Exchange Instructions

Please return the invoice that is included with your shipment. Send the items you're returning to the address found on the form. 

If you cannot find the form,  please email caroline@bellachic.co.nz  We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend that you track your return.

Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via your email address on record of the refund, store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email to notify you of that fact.

Please order early, sizes are limited.

We accept all major credit cards, bank deposits and cheque payments.  You can order online or by telephone.
